Return Policy
All sales are final. LOM does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before purchase, including product selection, compatibility, fitment, and shipping information.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact LOM within 7 days of confirmed delivery at info@leanometer.shop. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo documentation.
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may be denied.
LOM reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an issue qualifies for replacement or other resolution.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
